I can't tell you how happy we are that we chose Eslinger Homes to do a remodeling project on our existing home! When looking for a contractor we were extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Jim Eslinger. Jim and everyone at Eslinger Homes treated all of our concerns and questions in a courteous, friendly and professional manner from start to finish.

We absolutely love our new room! From a closed-in, dark, dreary room...it is now beautifully opened up with 2 sets of large glass sliding doors. We now have so much more light shining through the rest of the house plus it gives us a wonderful view of our back yard. We also love the fact that they built the concrete floor up to meet the other existing floors so everything flows smoothly and looks much larger. Great idea! The textured finish on the outside of the house was the perfect updated look we were hoping for and is so pretty.

Everyone went above and beyond our expectations with so much attention to detail and it really shows. They've turned a remodeling project into a large beautiful room that we can now enjoy with the rest of the house. Our family and friends are all very impressed with the difference and the craftsmanship of the job. We'll definitely be calling Eslinger Homes again when we're ready to build our new home!

As we sit here in our lovely new Eslinger built home in Ancient Oaks and look out at all the wildlife and many oak trees with the hanging Spanish moss, we would like to commend the Eslinger family on the professionalism and courtesy shown to us during our entire building process.

Planning and construction of the new home is not an easy task for most families and we were no exception. With all the decisions, choices and emotions a family has in building a new home, we can easily say that we are completely satisfied with the quality of the final product. We had nothing but positive experience working with the Eslinger team.

Beginning with our design phase where we made extensive alterations to the Surf Rider Plan, until the completion of the construction, Eslinger Builders and their employees exhibited honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer satisfaction. This is hard to find in the construction industry today.

Our building supervisor, Kenney, met and exceeded our desire and expectations. In fact, all of the Eslinger family of builders were attentive, polite and showed a willingness to address our concerns. It is a tribute to your organization to have such highly professional and customer conscious people.

Through all of your efforts, we have a high quality home that we love and we know that the workmanship and quality will make our home ownership experience an enjoyable one for many years to come.

We would like to take this opportunity to comment on our new home. We love our beautiful Kayli Jane house. When it was in the process of being built and the outside was finished, I would stand across the street and stare at it, trying to believe it was really ours. When we enter the house, it is still sometimes hard to believe that we live here. It truly is the prettiest house on our street!!!

Many of our neighbors, family and friends have come to see our house and some of their comments have made us feel very good. The attention to details, as the arched doorways, the rounded corners of the baseboards and the changes in the height of the ceilings are just some of the things that makes this house unique as well as pretty and many people have commented on these features.

We have had good experiences with all at Eslinger Homes who were involved in the building of our house, starting with Jim Eslinger, who set everything up for us and went over the plans, etc. Ken LaPierre was very helpful by answering our questions or getting the answer for us and taking care of the situations when they arose.

Since we have been in our home for the past three months, we have had a few questions regarding various small problems that have arisen and Jennifer Daniels has been extremely kind, as well as professional, while taking care of our needs.

Not wanting to leave anyone out, Julie Arden has always been so nice with us whether we have been on the telephone or have seen her in the office.

Thank you to everyone for making our experience of building a new home as pleasant as it has been.

We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary in our awesome Eslinger Home- Alexis Lee in Mill Creek VII-A. It is by far the best built & definitely the best looking house we have ever built. When we were looking at builders, every single Eslinger Home we came out of we were just so impressed, we would look at each other & just smile & say, wow. Now that we have our Alexis Lee, we still feel the same, I am still in awe of this house, it is just beautiful. Not just looks too, it has stood tall through 3 hurricanes & 2 tropical storms in just 1 year. It is very easy to recommend to anyone about building with Eslinger & if we ever build another one, you will be the first we call.

Just wanted to say thanks again to the Eslinger Team- Jim, Jeff, Julie, Jim Sr. & Dorothy, Ken & Jonathan for making our dream home purchase everything you said it would be & more. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
